I am a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute in Devon, one of the first trainings to integrate mindfulness practices into its approach.
Before training to become a Psychotherapist I spent time working with adults living with profound learning and physical difficulties. I studied for a BA in Philosophy at London University and also worked for St.Mungo's, a large homelessness charity, as a mental health worker.
In addition to working privately as a Psychotherapist, I am also the assistant director of The Centre for Better Health, a progressive mental health charity in Hackney.
I have trained extensively in Voice Dialogue work, delivering this one to one and in large group settings, completed a year long training in Archetypal Psychology and have recently trained in Adult Attachment at the Bowlby Centre in London.
